  • What are order minimums?

    New accounts have a minimum order of $250. Re-orders have a minimum of $150. Products must be ordered in their case quantity multiples as listed on the website. 

  • Do you offer payment terms online?

    Payment terms are available for qualifying customers. If you’d like to apply for terms, please contact our customer support team for more details.

Shipping

  • How to handle shipping?

    We ship via FedEx. Larger shipments may be shipped with the freight carrier of our choice. 

  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship from our warehouse in DeSoto, Texas.

  • What is your policy for damages?

    Please do not accept any damaged package and advise the carrier you are refusing due to damage. Damaged products must be claimed within five (5) business days from the date of receipt. Totally Bamboo warranties all products against factory defects for one (1) year from purchase and will replace or issue a company credit memo for any defects claimed within the specified timeframe. All claims must be sent to RMA@TotallyBamboo.com.
    Totally Bamboo is a direct manufacturer and wholesaler and we do not issue monetary refunds. We issue company credit memos that can be applied to future purchases. In the event a return is sent without prior authorization from Totally Bamboo, you will be responsible for the freight costs associated with the return as well as a 20% restocking fee.
