    Orders typically ship out 3 to 5 business days after they are placed. All orders ship from our Texas warehouse. If an engraved-to-order item is included in your order, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for your order to ship.

  • Will the color fade or run on the Baltique® utensils?

    Our Baltique® utensils are coated with a food-safe lacquer to help preserve the colors of the utensils. With proper treatment, the lacquer will protect the color for a long time.  

    All wooden or bamboo utensils require a little extra care to ensure their longevity. To keep the color looking brand new on your Baltique® utensils, hand wash them in warm water after each use and let them air dry. Avoid soaking them in water or using them for frying as this could damage them.

    Our Baltique® utensils are colored using proprietary materials that comply with FDA standards for food contact safety.
