    Orders typically ship out 3 to 5 business days after they are placed. All orders ship from our Texas warehouse. If an engraved-to-order item is included in your order, please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for your order to ship.

  • What temperatures can my acacia wood utensils handle?

    Our acacia wood utensils can withstand up to 400 degrees of heat. None of the acacia wood utensils should be exposed to direct flame.

  • Do the utensils use lacquer? What kind of lacquer is used?

    Our lacquer is manufactured in compliance with FDA regulations for food contact materials.

  • Are the utensils dishwasher safe?
